MUST ADD WATER!!!
One of my very first tips and something I strongly urge clients to do is look at their WATER INTAKE habits. Dehydration can have many symptoms and effects that most people may not associate with water/hydration: headaches, backaches, sore joints and memory loss are just a few!
Remember to drink/sip on water throughout your entire day, preferably separate from your meals!
Here's a little trick to gauge how much water is right for YOU!
IDEAL AMOUNT = Your body weight divided by 2 = number of ounces per day
*One glass = 8 ounces*
Ex: 150 lbs/2 = 75 ounces
75/8 (oz) = 9 glasses of WATER!
*herbal teas, juices and coffee do not count towards your h2o intake :)
